This is my first proper blog. Gosh I actually did, er research, AND used html and everything. I'm a little bit proud :)

With Valentines Day just edging around the corner and the weather still being too cold to venture out in the evenings I am left wanting to spend endless nights inside curled up on the sofa watching films.

I, for the record, am a total film buff, and spent three of the best years of my life at Cardiff Uni studying the subject (now I run a website - go figure!). Like most girls I am an incurable romantic and adore a good love story, especially if that love story involves a strong willed, slightly dangerous woman who dresses fantastically. Here are my top 5 famous females (I have an irrational love of alliteration), spanning 5 decades and in 5 of my favourite romantically inclined films. On a totally separate note: Alexander McQueen committed suicide today, at age 40. He was a truly shining light in the fashion industry, and the world will be a whole lot less sparkly without him.

A sad sad day.

So, I am rubbish and update this blog rarely. I am a busy bee, and don't wish to bore people with my ranting too often.

Anyways, this is just a quickie, and a happy one at that, so yes, you can all breathe a sigh of relief...

My little website (the idea was born about 8 months ago, and is NEARLY FINISHED *big happy face*) made it's first sale today. Pretty good considering I only have a few products up at the moment, have paid for no advertising and am yet to buy any packaging stuff.

Hair Tearing, bickering and uber sleepiness.

Oh my God, how I need a week off work. It's been nearly a year since I had any proper time off. I love my job, and I am one of the few poeple I know who can say that, but seriously... I'm soooo tired, and hormonal and stressed and just generally blah.

Josh and I keep bickering and I hate it. He is my favourite person in the whole world and we keep arguing over nothing, just because we are both so sleepy and stressed. A holiday would actually solve everything.

Anyway, really, I'm just being silly. Life is good at the moment. I just need to make more time for myself.

Hello and Welcome...

Here we all are then.

Here is another way for me to waste my precious (ish) time on the net. I actually already have have a blog; but it's not really suitable for human eyes (apart from mine, obviously). It will be nice to have another, more public outlet for my witterings. Just to pre-warn you - I talk too much.

So far this has been a busy and great summer. The weather has been good *does a happy dance*, and work is good. I am in the process of setting up a new business venture. An online vintage boutique, which I am indescribably excited about. I'll post more info about that as and when it happens. I am also about to move house, to a lovely little flat on the West Cliff. Anyone who knows Bournemouth will know that's right by the sea and really rather lovely :)

I move in two and a bit weeks. I am a horder. Needless to say, I have not yet started packing, I have however, started panicing. Gah. Tomorrow, I'll start tomorrow. (I am also the queen of procrastination).

On that note, I'd better stop boring you, and get on with some work. I'll keep you updated re. the move.
